Delete your account

You can delete your River Float Log account and all of its data yourself, at any time, in the app or on the web app.

Steps

1. Open River Float Log and sign in.
2. Tap the gear (Settings).
3. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in, your name and profile picture.
• All your trips, notes and trip photos.
• Your favorites, alerts and notification token.

Deletion is immediate and can't be undone. Copies in our service provider's backups are removed as those backups expire (within about a week). Nothing is kept after that.

Contact [email protected] from the email address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
